Abstract: According tothe symmetry which should have been betweenthe gravitational field and electromagnetic field and the completeness of the theory of the gravitational field,such as the symmetry between the electrostatic field of the Coulomb force and the gravitational field,and the symmetry between magnetic field prouced by current and vortex gravitational field prouced by moving object,vortex gravitational field is established.The unity of operating mechanism for the Mercury precession and the earth's precession is demonstrated by combined factors of gravitation and vortex gravitation to motions of the planets,and orbit perturbation of geostationary satellites and planetary precession in the solar system have been analyzed and computed,and a new discussing on the physical signification and the definition of the nutation:and vortex gravitation and convolution of vortex galaxy have been explained.The proof to the identity between vortex gravitational theory established and the combination between theory and practice shows that moving object will produce a vortex gravitational field.The gravitation system that it is consisted of the gravitational field and vortex gravitational field is more according with the planets running in the solar system.Bationality for both building process to vortex gravitational field theory and conclusions are proved,On this basis,planetary orbits model have been established by action both the gravitation and vortex gravitation.
