山竹果壳色素抗氧化活性研究

Study on antioxidative activity of pigment from Mangosteen husk

  • 摘要: 利用光度法对山竹果壳的抗氧化活性进行了分析研究.结果表明:山竹果壳色素对羟自由基清除率为50.40%,对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率为62.10%,对DPPH自由基的清除率是25.30%,对脂质过氧化的抑制率是58.90%.在实验范围内,山竹果壳色素均有一定的抗氧化活性,且与质量浓度呈正量效关系.

     

    Abstract: Antioxidative activity of pigment from Mangosteen husk were studied by photometric method.The scavenging percentage of pigment from Mangosteen husk to hydroxyl radical is 50.40%,to superoxide radical is 62.10%,to DPPH radical is 25.30%,inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidantion is 58.90%.Within the experimental concentration, pigment from Mangosteen husk has certain antioxidative activity, and antioxidative activity of pigment from Mangosteen husk was a positive dose-effect with it's concentration.
