尾矿废弃地微生物天然产物研究进展

Research progress on tailing wasteland in microbial natural products

  • 摘要: 微生物新结构天然产物资源一直是天然有机领域的研究热点.但是,一些独特生态环境来源的微生物及其天然产物尚未引起广泛关注.作者就美国蒙大拿理工学院在柏克利露天矿坑湖丝状真菌代谢产物中分离得到的化合物,以及本实验室在云南个旧锡尾矿土壤微生物分离得到的化合物进行类型及活性的总结,并对尾矿废弃地微生物代谢产物研究进展及前景进行简要阐述,为寻求新结构天然产物资源提供参考.

     

    Abstract: New structure natural products resources of microorganisms origin have been the hot spots in the field of natural organic chemistry.However,some microorganisms and its natural products from unique ecology system has not been attracted wide attention yet.In this paper,we reviewed the types and activities of the compounds separated from filamentous fungi in Lake Berkley open-pit mine by the Institute of Montana in United States and as well the fungi in Gejiu Tin mine tailings soil microorganisms by Yunnan University in China.The research development and prospect of microbial metabolic found in Tailings lands were expounded briefly and it will provide reference for seeking the resourses of natural products with new structures.
