Application Flow Simulation tools to simulate the inner thermal field of power

  • 摘要: 从电源的数据模型、分析项目、材料数据库的建立、边界条件定义、热源定义、设定求解目标与计算、结果查看与应用这几个方面,来介绍如何应用Flow Simulation工具来实现对电源内部热场的仿真分析.通过对仿真结果的查看与应用,来预测开发设计中热设计的效果,并将此种电源批量投入使用.

     

    Abstract: The article focues on introducing how to use Flow Simulation to simulate the inner thermal field of power,mainly through these aspects of data model,analysis of projects,materials database creation,definition of boundary conditions,heat source definition,setting goals and solveing the calculation and the results viewing.By viewing the simulation results,we can predict the development and design of thermal design results.The power supply mentioned in the article haswas putted into mass production.
