  • 摘要: 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Fe/TiO2光催化剂,以紫外光催化降解苯酚为模型反应,以4-氨基安替比林显色法来测定样品的吸光度进而得出苯酚降解率,并通过XRD、IR和SEM对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明溶胶凝胶法制备的Fe/TiO2光催化剂在焙烧温度较低时(500℃)为锐钛矿相,600℃时为锐钛矿和金红石相共存.SEM检测结果表明,掺杂Fe后制备的Fe/TiO2催化剂粒径均匀呈球形,在纳米粒径范围,且分散较好.催化剂的光催化降解苯酚的活性评价表明,Fe负载量和焙烧温度对苯酚的降解效率均有影响.本实验的最佳反应条件为:苯酚初始浓度10mg/L,采用300℃焙烧的3%Fe/TiO2(质量比,下同)催化剂0.2g,降解反应150min,苯酚降解率达到86%.

     

    Abstract: The Fe2O3-doped TiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method,and characterized by XRD and IR techniques.The photocatalytic activity of the doped TiO2 catalysts for degradation of phenol in aqueous solution was measured under UV light.It was found that the Fe content and calcined temperature had effect on phenol conversion.The results of XRD and IR showed the anatase phase for Fe/TiO2 sample calcined temperature lower than 500℃,and anatase and rutile coexist at 600℃.The photocatalytic activity of 3%Fe/TiO2 calcined at 300℃ for phenol degradation shows the best activity,by which 86% of phenol degraded after 150 minutes.
