云南食用玫瑰精油化学成分的GC/MS分析及其应用研究

Chemical component analysis of essential oil of Rosa gallica Linnin Yunnan by GC/MS and application research

摘要: 利用GC/MS仪器分析方法，初步对云南食用玫瑰花精油化学成分进行分析，确定该油品的主要成分.从精油中分离出86种成分，鉴定出了37种成分，占化合物检出总量的52.08%.主要成分为三十六烷（18.02%）、二十一烷（10.27%）、棕榈酸（3.57%）及呋喃甲醛（3.32%）等.添加到卷烟中进行感官评吸实验表明：云南食用玫瑰精油对丰富卷烟产品的香气、降低刺激性和改善余味方面均具有一定的效果，从而明确其实用性.

Abstract: To analysis chemical composition of Rosa gallica Linn in Yunnan.It is determined by GC/MS.86 components were separated from Melissa officinalis L.leaf by using simultaneous distillation extraction and 37 of them were identified,representing about 52.08% of the total content.The main compounds were hexatriacontane（18.02%）,heneicosane（10.27%）,N-hexadecanoic acid（3.57%）,furan-3-carboxaldehyde（3.32%）.The oil was applied in cigarettes as a tobacco flavoring,the results show Rosa gallica Linn oil in Yunnan products can rich the aroma of cigarettes,reduce irritation and improve the flavor.
