Application of the undestructive detection in test and control for construction quality of highway tunnel

  • 摘要: 介绍了采用无损检测综合技术,依据相关规范、规程,从在建公路隧道初期支护和二次衬砌两个施工阶段,对隧道支护结构的施工质量进行检测与控制的方法.首先,依据工程实例,浅析了地质雷达技术在衬砌结构中的不同类型缺陷的图像和组成结构的图像识别,如空洞、钢支撑、衬砌厚度等雷达图像特征.其次,简述了衬砌强度检测技术.最后,通过实例,验证运用超声回弹综合法检测衬砌混凝土强度是否满足设计要求、地质雷达法确认隧道支护结构的施工质量好坏的有效性和可靠性.

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the methods which is used to detect and control construction quality of tunnel supporting structure during the two stages,primary support and secondary lining,to which the authority apply the undestructive detection technique,according to the relevant standard and code.Firstly, the article briefly analyzes the radar image features such as empty galleries,steel struts,and lining thickness by using the technique of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) for images and image recognition of all kinds of defect in lining construction,based on practical engineering examples.Secondly, this chapter is to provide a brief survey of lining strength detecting techniques.Finally,via practical engineering examples,we test the effectiveness and reliability of whether lining concrete strength can meet design requirement with ultrasonicrebound combined method and whether tunnel supporting structure construction quality is good or bad with the technique of ground penetrating radar (GPR).
