Abstract: The excavated work in vehicular tunnel processes according to the wall rock type which provided by prospect materials.However,because of the shortage of exploratory points,there are some differences between the possible divided wall rock type and the real situation.In order to make construction fluid, and to ensure the construction quality,we can look-ahead forecast and measure the first and the second lining quality with ground penetraing radar.Therefore,the essay introduces the fundamental of ground penetraing radar,and explains the test effect of ground penetrating radar applies in vehicular tunnel with examples.
