Abstract: In recent years,the rapid development of wind power industry brings about a promising prospect in Yunnan Province,but due to the impact of various factors,the investment decisions of wind power project could cause mistakes and unnecessary economic losses,in other words,there is a risk problem.Mainly through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on failure tree and Matlab software,we can identify,analyze and manage the risks of wind power development projects in Yunnan Province in order to avoid risks more effectively and reduce potential losses.
