近红外光谱分析技术在烟叶产地鉴别中的应用

  • 摘要: 为研究近红外光谱分析技术在鉴别烟叶产地中的可行性,以云南8个不同产地的880个烟叶样品为基础,通过TQ analyst分析软件的定性分析方法建立预测各烟叶产地的近红外模型,并应用该模型对100个烟叶样品进行了实际产地预测.结果显示,上述方法建立的预测模型对云南烟叶产地的鉴别准确率达90%.研究表明,应用近红外光谱分析方法对烟叶产地的鉴定是一种有效、准确和快捷的方法.

     

    Abstract: The possibility of application of near infrared spectroscopy in identifying different producing areas of tobacco leaf were studied with 880 tobacco leaves samples,which originated from 8 different producing areas.Near infrared spectroscopy's model was established to predict the producing area of tobacco leaf samples with TQ analyst software's qualitative analysis method.100 tobacco leaf samples' producing areas were predicted and the results showed that the discrimination accuracy of the method was 90%.In conclusion,to identify the producing areas of tobacco leaf with near infrared spectroscopy was an effective,accurate and rapid method.
