  • 摘要: 螺环是一种重要的有机结构单元.在天然产物合成中,是一种非常有用的合成子.该研究运用多官能团化酮的钯催化分子内芳基化反应合成螺环化合物.

     

    Abstract: Spiro system is a main organic structural unit.It is a useful synthon in synthesis of nature products.In this article,we apply a new method for the synthesis of spiro-compound through a palladium-catalyzed intramolecular arylation of highly functionalized ketones.
