Separation and extraction of Cordatanine using emulsion liquid membrane

  • 摘要: 建立了用W/O型乳状液膜体系分离富集荷莲豆碱的方法.通过对外水相pH值、迁移时间、Span80用量、D2EHPA浓度、乳水比、油内比及内水相盐酸浓度的优化,获得了一个高效的乳状液膜分离体系.用紫外可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对该液膜分离体系的效能进行了研究.实验结果表明,在优化条件下,该乳状液膜体系能快速有效地从实际样品中提取分离荷莲豆碱.

     

    Abstract: A novel method to separate and enrich Cordatanine from an alkaloid solution of Drymaria diandra with W/O emulsion liquid membrane was developed.It was optimized that some experimental parameters such as the pH in external aqueous solution,transport time,mass fraction of Span80,concentration of the D2EHPA,the ratio of emulsion phase to external aqueous solution,the ratio oil phase to internal aqueous phase and the concentration of hydrochloric acid in exoteric aqueous phase by UV and HPLC.The experimental results showed that the separation and extraction of Cordatanine was effective using the emulsion liquid membrane system.
