Abstract:
A novel method to separate and enrich Cordatanine from an alkaloid solution of Drymaria diandra with W/O emulsion liquid membrane was developed. It was optimized that some experimental parameters such as the pH in external aqueous solution, transport time, mass fraction of Span80,concentration of the D2EHPA,the ratio of emulsion phase to external aqueous solution, the ratio oil phase to internal aqueous phase and the concentration of hydrochloric acid in exoteric aqueous phase by UV and HPLC.The experimental results showed that the separation and extraction of Cordatanine was effective using the emulsion liquid membrane system.
