红皮木姜子的化学成分研究

  • 摘要: 对红皮木姜子(Litsea pedunculata) 的化学成分进行研究.采用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等分离手段从中分离纯化得到8个化合物,并运用现代波谱技术和标准品对照的方法鉴定了其结构.这8个化合物包括1个木脂素类化合物:cagayanone A(1);3个二氢黄酮类化合物:松属素(pinocembrin,2),山姜素(alpinetin,3),5,7-dimethoxy-2-phenylchroman-4-one(4);1个三萜类化合物:白桦脂醇(betulin 5);1个内酯类化合物:4-methoxy-6-styryl-2H-pyran-2-one(6);2个甾体类化合物:β-谷甾醇(7),胡萝卜苷(8).以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Litsea pedunculata were studied and eight compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography.The structures of these compounds were elucidated as cagayanone A(1),pinocembrin(2),alpinetin(3),5,7-dimethoxy-2- phenylchroman-4-one(4),betulin(5),4-methoxy-6-styryl-2H-pyran-2-one(6),β-sitosterol(7) and daucosterol(8) by spectral methods.All compounds above were isolated from this plant for the first time.
