摘要: 基于非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂DABO类似物的构效关系,设计了4个新的DABO类化合物,并采用微波催化的方法进行了合成,最后通过1H NMR,13C NMR及IR对目标分子进行了结构表征.

Abstract: Based on the structure and activity relationship(SAR) of dihydroalkyloxybenzyloxopyrimidines(DABOs) as non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTIs),four novel DABO derivatives were designed and synthesied by microwave irradiation.The structure of the products were further conformed by 1HNMR,13CNMR and IR.
