4种不同血清样本处理方法对双向电泳效果的影响

The influences of the 4 kinds of serum samples preparing methods to the 2-dimensional electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 比较了常规处理、透析除盐处理、TCA-丙酮法和蛋白质A/G亲和柱处理血清样本对双向电泳分离效果的影响,结果显示4种方法中蛋白质A/G亲和柱处理方法可以获得较好的分离效果.

     

    Abstract: The influences of 4 kinds of serum samples process methods to the 2-dimensional electrophoresis,which they are the conventional method.The dialysis,the TCA-Acetone and A/G affinity column were comparted.The results that A/G affinity column are a good serum sample process method for 2D electrophoresis was identified.
