  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于多输出端口电流控制电流传输器的混合模式二阶通用滤波器,该滤波器结构简单,仅由5个有源器件和2个接地电容构成,无须外接电阻.该电路在不改变内部电路结构的情况下能实现电压模式、电流模式、跨导模式和互阻模式滤波器,且每一种工作模式都能实现高通、低通、带通等多种滤波功能,因此电路具有通用性.文章给出了硬件电路的测试结果,结果表明提出的电路正确有效.

     

    Abstract: A novel mixed mode biquad filter based on MOCCCII(multiple outputs current controlled conveyor) is presented.The filter structure presented simply contains 5 active elements and 2 grounded capacitors,without using any external resistors.The voltage-mode filter,current-mode,trans-admittance and trans-impedance filter can be realized without changing internal circuit structure and various kinds of filter functions such as high-pass,band-pass,low-pass can be obtained in each mode,thus the circuit is versatile.Experiment for actual circuit is conducted and the results show that the proposed circuit is valid and effective.
