MnxOy/SBA-3对环己烷催化氧化的性能研究

  • 摘要: 采用MnxOy/SBA-3为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,对环己烷进行催化氧化.考察了催化剂在不同溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等条件下对环己烷催化氧化反应的影响.实验表明,在催化剂用量为0.050g,环己烷1.0g,以冰醋酸为溶剂,5.0mL 30%的H2O2,反应温度373K,反应时间10h的条件下,环己烷的转化率为60.2%,环己酮的选择性为72.2%,环己醇的选择性为27.1%.

     

    Abstract: Liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexane was carried out under mild reaction conditions catalyzied by MnxOy/SBA-3,using aqueous hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and acetic acid as solvent without adding any initiator.The effects of different solvents,reaction temperature and reaction time on cyclohexane oxidation were investigated.A reasonable substrate conversion (60.2%) and product (cyclohexanone/cyclohexanol) selectivity (72.2%/27.1%) were obtained under the optimum reaction conditions,which were 50mg catalyst,5mL H2O2 (30%),acetic acid as solvent,reaction temperature 373K;reaction time 10h.
