Ethanol production from sugar molasses in a column reactorby continuous fermentation

  • 摘要: 利用酿酒酵母1912菌株固定化细胞载体,通过管式反应器,以糖蜜为原料进行连续化发酵生产乙醇.通过采取与工厂糖蜜乙醇生产相同的工艺控制方法,考察糖蜜发酵液中不同细胞浓度以及培养液对细胞浓度的不同稀释率条件下管式反应器的连续化发酵情况,该管式反应器能正确反映该菌株连续化乙醇发酵规律.

     

    Abstract: Ethanol continuous production from sugar molasses in a column reactor by continuous fermentation was studied.The effects of various factors on continuous fermentations in a column reactor were studied,which were various carbon resources,various cell concentrations and dilution rate of fresh culture medium,using a same operating technology as that of plant.The results showed that continuous fermentation processed in column reactor is consistent with that of plant.
