金银花提取物缓释固体分散体的表征和释放行为研究

Characterization and releasing profile of extraction ofhoneysuckle sustained release solid dispersions

  • 摘要: 制备金银花提取物缓释固体分散体,并对其体外释放特性进行研究.以膨润土为载体,用固体分散技术(溶剂法)制备药物金银花提取物缓释固体分散体,用紫外分光光度法和体外释放度试验,考察金银花提取物不同体系在不同释放介质中的累积释放度.金银花提取物缓释固体分散体在人工胃液和人工肠液中的释放具有良好的缓释效果,且释放行为符合Weibull方程.采用膨润土作载体,对金银花提取物可起到很好的缓释效果.

     

    Abstract: To prepare a solid dispersion for sustained release from extract of honeysuckle and study the characteristics of the release trial in vitro.Sustained release solid dispersions have been prepared by the solvent method,using bentonite as carriers.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and release test were applied to determine the release degree of the extraction of honeysuckle with different release mediums.The solid dispersion prepared from extract of honeysuckle had a better effect of sustained drug release in artificial gastric juices and artificial intestinal juices,and its release profiles fitted the Weibull model.Using bentonite as carrier for the solid dispersions for extracts of honeysuckle has a better sustained release effect.
