制备型高效液相色谱快速分离罗布麻花的黄酮类成分

Rapid isolation of chemical constituents from the flowers of Apocynum venetum L.by preparative HPLC

  • 摘要: 采用从分析梯度模式到制备梯度模式直接放大的制备纯化策略来分离罗布麻花中的黄酮类成分.运用此方法,一步制备得到9个纯化合物.基于1D、2D NMR和LC-ESIMS联用数据,9个黄酮类化合物结构得到确定.

     

    Abstract: An ideal analytical-preparative program was established to separate and purify the chemical components from the extract of flowers of Apocynum venetum L.A simple and precise preparation process was achieved from the gradient analytical method,which led to the isolation of nine pure flavonoid compounds.The structure of the compounds was determined based on the 1D,2D NMR and LC-ESIMS data.
