云南解化集团鲁奇法中低温煤焦油的组成分析

Composition analysis of moderate-low temperature coal tar produced with Lurgi method by Yunnan Jiehua Company

  • 摘要: 云南解化集团将鲁奇法制得的中低温煤焦油分离成石脑油、中油和洗油3种馏分,采用气相色谱仪、气相色谱-质谱联用仪对这3种馏分进行分析,结果显示其主要化学组分有154种:其中石脑油馏分含67种化学物质,中油含45种、洗油含42种.从组成数据分析,石脑油馏分主要由芳烃和烯烃组成,中油馏分主要由酚类和烃类组成,洗油馏分主要由芳烃、烷烃等烃类组成.因此,通过加氢精制可从石脑油中获得苯、甲苯、二甲苯等芳烃产品和车用汽油组分;从中油可获得酚和车用柴油组分,从洗油中可获得车用柴油组分.分析数据为中低温煤焦油的加工和综合利用提供了重要参考.

     

    Abstract: The moderate-low temperature coal tar was separated into three cuts including naphtha,middle oil and washing oil.The compositions of the three cuts were analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrum methods.The analysis results showed that these cuts were composed from 154 kinds of main chemical components,including 67 kinds in naphtha,45 kinds in middle oil and 42 kinds in washing oil.And the naphtha was composed from aromatics and olefins,the middle oil was composed from phenols and hydrocarbons,the washing oil was composed from aromatics and alkanes.Thus,through hydrogenation,benzene,toluene,xylene and gasoline could be obtained from naphtha;phenol and diesel oil could be obtained from middle oil;and diesel oil could be obtained from washing oil.The analysis data provided a useful reference for deep processing and comprehensive utilization of the moderate-low temperature coal tar.
