2种北极高等真菌的化学成分分析

Chemical constituents of two Arctic higher fungi

  • 摘要: 采用柱层析方法结合波谱分析方法首次对采自北极的2种高等真菌Lepista multiformis和Russula sp.进行了化学成分研究.共分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (1)、(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol (2)、阿洛糖醇(3)、α,α-海藻糖(4)、丙氨酸(5)和 3β-O-glucopyranosyl-5α,α-epidioxiergosta-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-diene (6).

     

    Abstract: Chemical constituents of two arctic higher fungi,Lepista multiformis and Russula sp.were studied by column chromatographic methods for the first time.Six compounds were isolated and determined to be 5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(1),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol(2),allitol(3),α,α-trehalose(4),aminopropanoic acid (5),3β-O-glucopyranosyl-5α,8α-epidioxiergosta-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-diene(6) by spectroscopic methods.
