Formal synthesis of (±)-mesembrine

  • 摘要: 运用新方法来构筑季碳中心,即钯催化的多官能团羰基邻位芳基化反应与Tsuji-Trost反应的串联反应.运用该方法,从商品化原料出发经9步反应完成了番杏碱(±)-Mesembrine的形式合成.

     

    Abstract: In this article,we apply a new method for the generation of quaternary carbon centers through a palladium-catalyzed sequential arylation and allylic alkylation of highly functionalized ketones.The use of our methodology culminated in the formal total synthesis of Aizoaceae alkaloids,namely,(±)-Mesembrine in9 steps from commercial materials.
