Abstract: Although the starting points are different,the both conclusions from Dirac’s cosmology and from our theory of damping scale of free currents of two classes are the same:the physical source of universe evolution and of particle evolution is gravitational constant decreasing with the lapse of time,on which there has been contention for a long time.According to some experimental facts and theoretical analyses available,it is hoped to do some clarifications to this contention.
