有序壳聚糖膜的制备及降解性能研究

Preparation and biodegradability of a new orderly membrane of chitosan

  • 摘要: 以三聚磷酸钠(TPP)作交联剂,用2次交联法,制备了一种新的有序壳聚糖交联膜(CS/TPP),并用溶菌酶对其进行了体外降解性研究,同时用隧道扫描电镜(SPM)对膜进行了表征.结果表明:有序CS/TPP膜有着致密有序的结构和良好的生物可降解性.

     

    Abstract: A new orderly chitosan(CS) membrane was prepared and its biodegradability was studied.Firstly,nonasized chitosan microspheres were prepared from a dilute solution of chitosan in HAc,using sodium tripolyphosphate(TPP) as cross-linking agent.Then,an orderly membrane was cast from a solution of chitosan microspheres and TPP.The result of vitro degradation experiment showed that the orderly cross-linked CS/TPP membrane could be biodegraded by lysozyme,the weight loss of the membrane was about 32% during 16 weeks.The study has indicated that the membranehas order structure and good biodegradability and could be a potential carrier for drug controlled releasing.
