藏药哈巴乌头的化学成分研究

Chemical constituents of Aconitum habaense

  • 摘要: 对藏药哈巴乌头(Aconitum habaense)的化学成分进行研究.利用反复硅胶柱层析、重结晶等分离手段从中分离得到了8个化合物,通过现代波谱技术和理化常数测定鉴定了结构,其中5个为二萜生物碱,分别是粗茎乌碱甲(crassicauline,1)、查斯曼尼丁(chasmaconitine,2)、滇乌碱(yunaconitine,3)、印乌碱(indaconitine,4)、塔拉萨敏(talatizamine,5),同时还得到2个酚性类化合物和β-谷甾醇.以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Aconitum habaense were studied and eight compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography.The structures of theses compounds were elucidated as crassicauline A(1),chasmaconitine(2),yunaconitine(3),indaconitine(4),talatizamine(5),4-methoxybenzoic acid(6),3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid(7)and β-sitosterol(8)by spectral methods.All compounds above were isolated from this plant for the first time.
