稀有放线菌的选择性分离方法

Selective isolation methods of rare actinomycetes

  • 摘要: 为了设计稀有放线菌的分离方法,对噬菌体S7,S3,重铬酸钾、萘啶酮酸、利富平、硫酸庆大霉素、柱晶白霉素、放线酮、制霉菌素等抑制剂及几种碳源进行了试验,设计或改良了几种培养基,研究它们分离稀有放线菌的效果.发现噬菌体能有效降低常见链霉菌的出菌率,重铬酸钾抑制真菌、细菌的效果好,MOPS、海藻糖、丙烯酰胺和乙二胺四乙酸能提高稀有放线菌的出菌率.推荐海藻糖-脯氨酸培养基、改良高氏2号、改良脯氨酸培养基作为稀有放线菌分离培养基.还提供了一些分离稀有放线菌的经验.

     

    Abstract: To selecte isolation methods of rare actinomycetes,the effects of various phages,inhibitors,carbon resoures were tested.Based on the tested results,several medium were designed and improved.Isolation effects of the medium were compared.The results indicate that trehalose-Proline agar,modified Gauo’s 2 agar and proline agar are good medium for selective isolation for rare actinomycetes.Some experiences about isolation of rare actinomycetes were provided.
