Studies on the synthesis of biphenyl compounds

  • 摘要: 联苯类化合物广泛存在于许多具有生理活性的天然产物中,它们的合成受到人们越来越多的关注.通过Suzuki偶联反应合成出了可用于合成秋水仙碱和木脂素类化合物中间体的化合物A和B.

     

    Abstract: As biphenyl compounds are presented in a large number of biologically active natural products,synthesis of biphenyl compounds has attracted more and more attention.Two compounds A and B were synthesized,which can be used in synthesis of the intermediates of the allocolchicine and (-)steganone.
