薄层色谱法测定单株灯盏花中灯盏花乙素的含量

Determination of scutellarin in Individual Erigeron breviscapus by TLC

  • 摘要: 建立薄层色谱扫描法测定灯盏花植株单株中灯盏花乙素的含量,用以进行高通量的含量筛选.以乙酸乙酯、甲酸、水体积比5:1:1展开,扫描波长为337nm.灯盏花乙素线性范围为0.204~1.632μg,相关系数为0.9995,平均回收率为96.7%,相对标准偏差为3.90%.本法准确、简便、快速、重复性好,适用于优质单株的高通量筛选.

     

    Abstract: A TLC method for determination of scutellarin in individual Erigeron breviscapus was established,for choosing the plant contained high scutellarin.The mobile phase was ethyl acetate-formic acid-water(5:1:1) and the detecting wavelength was 337nm.The linear relationship ranged from 0.204μg to 1.632μg with a correlation coefficient 0.9995,the average recovery was 96.7%,RSD was 3.90%.This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used in screening a good individual among a great deal of plants.
