缬氨霉素固定相的手性分离研究

Study on the chiral separation of stationary phases of valinomycin

  • 摘要: 采用环肽(valinomycin)(缬氨霉素)作为气相色谱手性固定相,对几种手性化合物进行手性拆分研究.考察了柱子极性的影响,根据该环肽结构上的特点,对手性拆分机理进行了推测,建立了用环肽作毛细管固定相对手性化合物拆分的分离方法.

     

    Abstract: Chiral separation of several chiral compound by GC with the chiral stationary phases of cyclic peptide(valinomycin)was attempted.The effects of polarity of column were investigated.The possible mechanism of chiral separation was discussed based on the structural characteristics of cyclic peptide.It was reliable that the separation method using GC with the chiral stationary phases of cyclic peptide(valinomycin).
