棒柄花的化学成分研究

Studies on chemical constituents of Cleidion brevipetiolatum

  • 摘要: 对产于云南西双版纳的棒柄花(Cleidion brevipetiolatum)化学成分进行了研究,利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,从中得到8个化合物,并通过波谱学技术确定其结构,分别为2个三萜类化合物,2个维生素,2个芳香族化合物以及β-谷甾醇和β-胡萝卜甙.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Cleidion brevipetiolatum were studied and eight compounds were isolated.The structures of these compounds were elucidated as maslinic acid (1),α-amyrin (2),vitamin Eα (3),vitamin K1 (4),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (5),4-hydroxy-benzoaldehyde (6),β-sitosterol (7) and β-daucosterol (8),respectively,based on the spectral data and comparison with the literatures reported.
