Abstract: It is introduced a dynamic,flexible and responsive learning and training platform,which is VClass in which people can enhance and maintain their own skills,as well as play an active role in planning and building their own futures.VClass E-Learning platform in some functions is also introduced in order to provide more convenience and facility to learners.
