厚朴酚与和厚朴酚清除DPPH·的作用

Study on DPPH·-scavenging activities of Magnolol and Honokiol

  • 摘要: 采用DPPH·法,以芦丁为对照品,在无水乙醇和乙醇-水介质中对厚朴酚与和厚朴酚进行了自由基清除活性的初步研究.结果表明,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚都具有自由基清除活性.此外,初步探讨了其自由基清除活性反应机理.

     

    Abstract: The free radical scavenging action of Magnolol and Honokiol in ethanol and ethanol-water,with DPPH·test comparing to rutin were studied.The result showed that Magnolol and Honokiol have radical scavenging activities.Furthermore,the mechanism of free radical scavenging reactions of Magnolol and Honokiol were proposed.
