云南西部地区的捕食线虫真菌

Nematode-trapping fungi from the western area of Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 用诱饵平板法从云南西部海拔740~4200m地区的707份土样中共检测到捕食线虫真菌4个属,42种,其中未描述种1个(中甸隔指孢Dactylella zhongdianensis),新记录种2个:异形梗虫霉(Stylopage anomala)、原生单顶孢(Monacrosporium inquisitor).对土样的地理位置、海拔、生境类型的分析结果表明:少孢节丛孢(Arthrobotrys oligospora)是云南西部地区的优势种;在海拔1600~2500m的低山地带和亚热带低山长绿阔叶林中的捕食线虫真菌最为丰富.

     

    Abstract: During the investigation of nematode-trapping fungi in the western area of Yunnan,707 soil samples were collected from the regions where altitude range from 740 m to 4200 m.Fourty two species of these fungi belonging to 4 genera,including one undescribed species (Dactylella zhongdianensis) and two new records of China (Stylopage anomala,Monacrosporium inquisitor),were isolated by the method of baited plates.In these regions Arthrobotrys oligospora is the preponderant species.The nematode-trapping fungi are more abundant in the regions where the altitudes vary from 1600m to 2500m and in the places of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests.
