解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2复方油菜种衣剂的研制

Development of a compound canola seed-coating agent containingBacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2

  • 摘要: 研究首次将促生长的解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2作为复方种衣剂的有效成分,引入到含有杀虫剂吡虫啉和杀菌剂多菌灵的种衣剂中,包衣油菜种子.结果表明,丸化种衣剂的促生长和防治蚜虫效果比成膜种衣剂好.通过实验室、温室、田间试验过程,从6组种衣剂中确定了2号丸化种衣剂为最优配方.2号丸化种衣剂在实验室试验中对油菜种子发芽势没有显著影响,提高种子发芽率11.64%;在温室试验中,提高种子发芽率11.0%;在大田试验中,植株苗高和鲜质量较空白对照分别高14.97%和99.46%,亦比不用B9601-Y2菌株配方处理植株苗高和鲜质量分别高11.08%和29.22%;在播种80d和90d后,防治蚜虫效果仍达92.0%和88.2%,分别比不用菌剂配方的防效提高4.43%和7.56%.在复方种衣剂中,B9601-Y2菌株在6个月内每粒种子上仍能保持105cfu的水平.

     

    Abstract: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2,a growth promotion rhizospheric bacterial strain,was used for the first time as a main ingredient to develop a compound seed-coating agent with imidacloprid and carbendazim for canola.The results showed that the pelleting seed-coating agent (PSCA) could promote the growth of canola and control aphids better than the filming agent.The No.2 PSCA was the best of 6 agents based on all the tests in lab, greenhouse and field.It showed no effect on germination potential, but significantly increased the germination rate (GR) of canola seed by 11.64% in lab, 11.0% in greenhouse; in field experiments, seedling height and fresh weight of canola were respectively 14.97% and 9.46% higher than that of the control group.After being planted for 80 and 90 days,canola from the coated seeds showed control efficiency on aphids by 92.0% and 88.2%,which was 4.43% and 7.56% higher than the agent without B9601-Y2.The strains in No.2 PSCA could remain highly active by forming 105cfu per seed in 6-month storage.
