兰坪铅锌矿区植被恢复初期土壤种子库的研究

Study of soil seed banks from different communities at early restorational stage in Lanping Lead/Zinc Mining Area

  • 摘要: 通过野外调查与室内萌发实验相结合的方法,研究了兰坪铅锌矿区5种不同群落的土壤种子库状况.结果显示:各群落土壤种子库储量在495~12910粒/(m2×10cm)之间,相比对照群落(云南松林、高山栎灌丛),尾矿恢复初期的各群落(草地早熟禾人工草地、魁蒿群落、马桑灌丛)土壤种子库储量及物种多样性较低;生活型的物种组成及个体组成均显示各群落木本植物所占比例较低,尾矿恢复的各群落木本植物所占比例较对照群落低;各群落土壤种子库优势种除腋花杜鹃、马桑外,其余均为草本植物;土壤种子库与地上植被物种相似性显示尾矿恢复3个群落相似度高于对照群落.最后讨论了利用土壤种子库进行植被恢复及污染治理.

     

    Abstract: Soil seed banks that taken from different communities in Lanping Lead/Zinc Mining Area were explored by combining field investigations and seed germination trial.The results showed that seed densities in the soil seed banks ranged from 495—12910 seeds/(m2×10cm),communities that restored from tailing sites (CRTS) (including Poa pratensis man-made grassland,Artemisia princeps community and Coriaria nepalensis scrub) were lower in seed density and species diversity than reference communities (RC) (including Pinus yunnanensis forest and Querus aquifolioides scrub);Both proportional composition of life form by species and individuals showed CRTS were lower in woody plants;The dominant species in the soil seed bank were all herb except Rhododendron racemosum and Coriaria nepalensis.CRTS were higher than RC in similarity between stand vegetation and soil seed banks.The methods that how to restore vegetation and remedy pollutants through soil seed bank technology were discussed.
