    摘要
  • 摘要: 对治疗帕金森症的药物普拉克索的合成做简要介绍，包括全合成与半合成路线，并分析了其优缺点.

     

    Abstract: Synthesis of the pramipexole which is an effective anti-Parkinson drug is introduced.It includes total syntheis and semi-synthesis.And their merit and demerit are analysed.
