One-dimensional measuring distribution visualization about DNA sequence

  • 摘要: DNA序列是一种自然的序列,本身具有天然的随机性,能否建立一个合适的测量模型和方法,能够稳定、快速、方便地描述DNA序列的分布特性,是一个值得研究的选题.利用DNA序列的字符串排列特性,基于概率统计方法,本文提出了一种用一维图形来表示DNA序列的模型,该模型能为深入解析DNA序列总体分布特性和可视化研究提供参考.

     

    Abstract: DNA sequence is a natural sequence,which has natural randomness.How to establish proper measurement models and methods,which can be stable,fast and convenient to describe the distribution characteristics of DNA sequences,is a topic worthy of studying.Using string arrangement characteristics of DNA sequences,based on the probability statistical method,this paper puts forward a model of one-dimensional graph to represent the DNA sequence.The model provides the reference for further analysis of the DNA sequence distribution characteristic and the visualization.
