多巴胺与鲱鱼精DNA相互作用的电化学研究

Electrochemical study of the interaction between dopamine and herring sperm DNA

  • 摘要: 通过循环伏安法制备了聚L-半胱氨酸修饰电极,利用该修饰电极研究了Cu2+存在下多巴胺(DA)与鲱鱼精DNA在Tris-马来酸缓冲溶液中的相互作用.结果表明:在pH7.0 的Tris-马来酸缓冲溶液中,DA在聚L-半胱氨酸复合膜修饰电极上有一对明显的氧化还原峰,加DNA后氧化还原峰电流明显下降,说明DNA和DA能发生相互作用.再加入Cu2+后氧化还原峰电流减小更大,说明Cu2+对DA和DNA的相互作用有较大影响.

     

    Abstract: Poly L-cysteine modified electrode was prepared by cyclic voltammetry method,with which the interaction between dopamine (DA) and herring sperm DNA with the presence of copper ion in the Tris-maleic acid buffer solution was studied.Result showed that there was an obvious redox peak of DA on the poly L-cysteine composite film modified electrode in the Tris- maleic acid buffer solution of pH7.0.After adding the DNA,the redox peak decreased obviously.This suggested that there was an interaction of DNA and DA.The redox peak of DA decreased further as adding copper ion,which showed that copper ion had great effect on the interaction of DA and DNA.
