TC11钛合金4种典型组织静态力学性能对比研究

A comparative study on quasistatic mechanical properties of four kinds of typical microstructure of TC11 titanium alloy at room temperature

  • 摘要: 采用4种热处理工艺制备了等轴、双态、网篮、固溶时效4种不同组织的TC11钛合金棒材,并采用MTS万能材料试验机测试其室温准静态拉伸性能,研究了不同的热处理制度对其微观结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明:不同的热处理工艺,将得到不同的微观组织,在不同的显微组织结构中,等轴(球状)初生α相和β转变组织的含量以及β转变组织中次生α相的形貌明显不同;4种不同组织形貌的TC11钛合金的静态力学性能有显著的差异,在4个组织中,固溶时效组织和双态组织强度较高,但塑性却较差,等轴组织和网篮组织塑性较好,但强度则较低.

     

    Abstract: TC11 titanium alloy has been treated by four kinds of different techniques of heat treatment.The microstructure of Equiaxed,Binary,Lamellar,‘Solution and aging’ have been obtained.The mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature have been tested with a MTS static material test system.Effect of different techniques of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC11 titanium alloy has been studied.The results show that different microstructure can be obtained by using different techniques of heat treatment. In four kinds of different microstructure,there is very obvious difference on the volume fraction of the equiaxed primary α phase and the transformed β phase,as well as morphology of secondary α phase in the transformed β phase.There is very obvious difference in the mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature.In four kinds of different microstructure,the strength of ‘Solution and aging’ and Binary is higher,but plasticity is poorer;the plasticity of Equiaxed and Lamellar is better,while the strength is lower.
