Abstract: The relation between enterprise cluster and the third party logistics is similar to the symbiosis evolution of biological ecosystem.We present an inter-depending symbiotic model of enterprise cluster and the third part logistics with time delays and feedback controls to illustrate their interactions and describe the law of their development based on ecology theory.Sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the model to be permanent.Some new results are obtained and some known results are generalized.Finally,we present numerical examples to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our results and we facilitate the interpretation of our results from the perspective of economics.
