岩白菜素咪唑衍生物的合成

Synthesis of bergenin imidazole analogs

  • 摘要: 通过对岩白菜素伯羟基的改造,在11位引入了咪唑基团,然后在钯碳氢气条件下脱去酚羟基上的苄基,分别制备了11位咪唑、甲基咪唑、乙基咪唑、苯并咪唑4个结构新颖的岩白菜素衍生物.这些化合物都经1H NMR和13C NMR表征.

     

    Abstract: Imidazole moieties were combined to bergenin through the modification on its primary hydroxyl group at 11 position.Then debenzylation was occurred at the condition of Pd/C and H2 atmosphere.Finally 11-imidazole,11-methyl imidazole,11-ethyl imidazole,11-benzimidazole substituted bergenin derivatives were obtained.And all these 4 new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
