蒙脱土负载氯化锌催化合成喹喔啉衍生物

Synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives catalyzed by montmorillonite supported zinc chloride

  • 摘要: 二苯基乙二酮及邻苯二胺为原料,蒙脱土负载氯化锌催化合成喹喔啉类化合物,考察溶剂、反应时间、温度、原料物质的量比等对产率的影响.筛选出最佳反应条件为:二苯基乙二酮与邻苯二胺物质的量比为1.2∶1.0,催化剂用量为二苯基乙二酮的10%(x),乙酸乙酯作溶剂,反应时间为10min,温度30℃.产率最高为96.3%.所得化合物通过熔点、红外、核磁确认.

     

    Abstract: Quinoxaline derivatives were synthesized by using benzil and o-phenylene diamineas as raw materials and montmorillonitesupportedzinc chloride as catalyst.The effect of solvent,reaction time,temperature and molar ratio of raw materials on the yield were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as benzil and o-phenylenediamine molar ratio of 1.2∶1.0,the amount of catalyst 10mol% benzil,and ethyl acetate as the solvent,the reaction time 10min,temperature 30℃ with yield up to 96.3%.The resulting compound were confirmed by melting point,IR and 1H NMR.
