无籽刺梨提取物成分分析及MRPs强化液的应用研究

Component analysis of extracts from Rosa sterilis and application of enriched MRPs

  • 摘要: 为探索无籽刺梨提取物在烟草调香中的应用,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对无籽刺梨提取物进行分析;美拉德反应得到无籽刺梨提取物的MRPs强化液,并对二者进行感官评价、三点法差别检验.结果表明:无籽刺梨提取物有33种成分,主要化学成分有亚麻酸乙酯(30.70%)、棕榈酸乙酯(11.90%)和肉桂酸(2.73%)等.无籽刺梨提取物加香试验表明,香料添加剂与烟香较为谐调,可明显提高烟气香甜感、顺畅感,降低刺激性,掩盖杂气,改善卷烟吸味.三点法差别检测表明添加无籽刺梨提取物和无籽刺梨MRPs强化液均有显著性差别.

     

    Abstract: In order to research the application of Rosa sterilis extracts in tabacco,the volatile flavor components of extracts from Rosa sterilis were analyzed by GC-MS;by using Maillard reaction,enriched MRPs and extracts were obtained.Sensory evaluation and three-point differential test were done for the enriched MRPs and extracts from Rosa sterilis.The results indicate that there are 33 compounds in Rosa sterilis extracts and the majority of compounds are ethyl linolenate(30.70%),ethyl palmitic acid(11.90 %),cinnamic acid(2.73%).The results showed that the fragrance additive and the smoke flavor were harmonious,which could obviously improve the sweetness and smoothness of the flue gas,reduce the irritation,cover the miscellaneous gas and improve the smoke and so on.Three-point differential test showed that there was significant difference between the extract and the enriched MRPs.
