茄子种质资源的农艺性状与SSR标记的遗传多样性研究

Analysis of genetic diversity of eggplant germplasms by agronomic characters and SSR markers

  • 摘要: 为了明确茄子种质资源的遗传背景,对从国内搜集,并在云南试种表现良好的37份茄子种质资源进行9个农艺性状和6个SSR标记的遗传多样性分析.结果表明,茄子9个农艺性状的变异系数在8.99%~44.69%之间,变异系数最高的是果形,最低的是果实横径;SSR标记共检测到13个等位变异,平均每个SSR位点的等位基因数为2.1667个,平均有效等位基因数为1.8620,Shannon's信息指数为0.6591,多样性指数为0.4399.非加权算术平均法(UPGMA)聚类分析表明,9个农艺性状将37份茄子种质资源划分为4个类群;6对多态性SSR引物也将所有种质划分为4个类群.虽然2种聚类方法把37份种质基本分开,但大部分种质的分子标记与农艺性状的聚类结果一致性不高.同时,农艺性状和SSR标记的结果均表明,37份茄子种质资源遗传多样性并不丰富,亲缘关系较近.以上结果可为茄子种质资源的进一步研究和利用提供理论依据.

     

    Abstract: To clarify genetic background of eggplant germplasm resources,the analysis of genetic diversity in 37 accessions of eggplants collected in China was done by 9 agronomic characters and 6 SSR markers.The results indicated that the variation coefficient of 9 agronomic characters of eggplant was 8.99%—44.69%.The maximum coefficient of variation was found in fruit shapes,the transverse diameters of the fruits showed the minimum coefficient of variation.13 polymorphic bands were generated by SSR markers.An average of 2.1667 polymorphic bands was detected from one pair of SSR primers,and the average of effective number of alleles was 1.8620,Shannon's information index was 0.6591 and PIC (polymorphism information content) was 0.4399. 37 germplasms could be divided into four groups by 9 agronomic characters and 6 SSR markers respectively,but the groups divided by agronomic characters were not corresponding to the clusters resulted from SSR markers.The results of agronomic characters and SSR markers both indicated that the genetic diversity of the collected eggplant germplasm was low,and genetically close.The study could provide a theoretical basis for further research and breeding of eggplant.
