基于场路耦合永磁同步电机最大转矩电流比控制研究

Research on maximum torque per ampere control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on field-circuit coupling

  • 摘要: 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)转速的精准控制问题,提出了一种基于电磁转矩的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制策略,并采用场路耦合仿真方法及实验验证了基于电磁转矩MTPA相对于基于定子电流MTPA和id=0控制等2种常用的控制策略,抗负载干扰能力更强,电机的动态性能更优,对电机的精准控制有一定的参考意义. 基于电磁转矩MTPA控制策略根据电机实际转速与给定转速之间的差值,能够快速调节d轴电流,使得电机转速的超调量、峰值响应时间和响应时间均优于其他2种对比控制策略.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the precise control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed, a Maximum Torque per Ampere (MTPA) control strategy is proposed based on electromagnetic torque. Field-circuit coupling simulation method and experiment are used to verify that MTPA based on electromagnetic torque has stronger anti load interference ability and better dynamic performance than MTPA based on stator current and id = 0 control, which has a certain reference significance for the precise control of the motor. The MTPA control strategy based on electromagnetic torque can quickly adjust the d-axis current according to the difference between the actual speed and the given speed, so that the motor speed overshoot, peak response time and response time are better than the other two control strategies.
