Determination of morphine by iron porphyrin modified electrode

  • 摘要: 制备了铁卟啉(PAF-40-Fe)修饰电极,通过差分脉冲伏安法在0.2 ~0.8 V间对吗啡的电化学信号进行简单快速的检测. 实验结果表明,该电极在吗啡的检测过程中表现出了良好的导电性质. 在最佳条件下,氧化峰电流与吗啡的浓度在1.5~1500 μmol/L范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,R2=0.9945,检出限为0.5 μmol/L. 该方法的回收率为88.9%~105.3%. 方法具有选择性好、传感器制备简单检测快速等优点,具有较好的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, Fe porphyrin (PAF-40-Fe) modified electrode was prepared, and the electrochemical signal of morphine was detected at 0.2−0.8 V by differential pulse voltammetry. The results show that the electrode has good electrical conductivity during the detection of morphine. Under the optimal conditions, the linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of morphine is good in the range of 1.5−1500 μmol/L, R2 = 0.9945, and the detection limit is 0.5 μmol/L. The recovery of this method is 88.9%−105.3%. This method has good selectivity, simple sample preparation and fast detection, and has a good application prospect.
