碳嵌入层对锂离子电池Si/Ge复合电极的稳定性能探究

The stability research of the embedding carbon layer on Si/Ge composite electrode of lithium-ion batteries

  • 摘要: 采用磁控溅射的方法在Cu箔上制备了Si/Ge/C、Si/C/Ge和Si/C/Ge/C 3种不同的层状结构,其中硅层的厚度约为75 nm,锗层的厚度约为27 nm,碳层的厚度约为20 nm. 通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了表面微观相貌,X射线衍射(XRD)与X射线光电子能谱(XPS)相结合进行了物相表征. 对复合电极进行了恒流充放电测试、循环伏安测试、循环性能测试和阻抗测试. 结果表明Si/C/Ge/C结构的复合电极拥有良好的循环稳定性,其在200个循环后Si/C/Ge/C结构的复合电极仍有90%的容量保持率.

     

    Abstract: Three interstratified construction of the Si/Ge/C, Si/C/Ge and Si/C/Ge/C located on the Cu foil is demonstrated by the controlled magnetron sputtering method, and the thickness of the Si layer, Ge layer and C layer is about 75, 27 nm and 20 nm, respectively. Furthermore, the morphology of the designed stratified structure is characterized by field emission electron microscopy and its structural characterization is performed by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results of the galvanostatic charge-discharge and rate performance tests show that the Si/C/Ge/C structural electrode attains a high cyclability with retention of 90% after 200 charge/discharge cycles.
