Abstract:
Allyl silicon compounds are important building blocks for the synthesis of innovative material monomers or medicinal intermediates. Herein, we describe an effective and straightforward decarboxylative difluoroallylation reaction utilizing 4CzIPN as organic photocatalyst. This reaction uses silicic acid as silicon source, which is stable in air and easy to synthesize in large quantities, enabled the efficient synthesis of difluoroallyl silicon compounds under mild conditions. The current reaction has provided a rapid, simple and economical photochemical synthesis method for the preparation of difluoroallylsilyl compounds with good functional group compatibility.
