短药蒲桃叶子的化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of the leaves of Syzygium brachyantherum

  • 摘要: 利用正反相硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱色谱等分离技术对短药蒲桃(Syzygium brachyantherum)叶子部分化学成分进行研究,运用NMR波谱技术和文献对照鉴定其结构,从中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为3β,23-O-isopropylidenyl-2a,19a-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (1)、hyptaic acid B (2)、科罗索酸(3)、软木三萜酮(4)、表木栓醇(5)、粘霉烯醇(6)、daucosterol (7)、(7R,8S)-3,5'-dimethoxy-4',7-epoxy-8,3'-neolignane-5,9,9'-triol (8)、没食子酸甲酯(9)和β-芹子烯(10). 其中,化合物1为新化合物,可能是在分离过程中由化合物2与丙酮形成的3β,23-缩酮,所有化合物均首次从短药蒲桃中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: Various separation techniques such as normal and adverse silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chramatography were used to investigate the chemical constituents from the leaves of Syzygium brachyantherum. In result, ten compounds, including 3β,23-O-isopropylidenyl-2a,19a-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (1), hyptaic acid B (2), corosolic acid (3), friedelin (4), friedelan-3β-ol (5), 3β-hydroxy-5-glutinene (6), daucosterol (7), (7R,8S)-3,5'-dimethoxy-4',7-epoxy-8,3'-neolignane-5,9,9'-triol (8), methyl gallate (9) and β-selinene (10) were isolated and determined and their structures were identified by NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with values reported. Among them, compound 1 was a new ketal produced by 2 and acetone during isolation. All compounds were isolated from S. brachyantherum for the first time.
